Her wardrobe selection, which appears to be identical to this pink Gucci blouse, is ironic, as her husband’s offhand comment — that he could grab a woman by her genitals without consequences — has sent his campaign and the Republican Party into chaos.
Since Donald Trump’s remarks became public on Friday, numerous Republican leaders have come out in opposition to the real-estate mogul, including some who once endorsed him.
Melania has stayed relatively quiet about her husband’s remarks — with the exception of a statement released roughly 24 hours after the video surfaced, in which Melania said her husband’s”offensive” remarks “don’t represent the man I know.”
“I hope people will accept his apology, as I have, and focus on the important issues facing our nation and the world,” she said.
